Cello Festival

Last Thursday I went to the Cello Festival in Dordrecht with some other students that play the cello. We saw a masterclass and a concert by Lucia Swarts. It was about the Cello Suites by Bach. Because of Ascension-day in  Holland, the shops were closed and it was very quiet on the streets. We drank warm chocolate in a very cute café. When I came home, I almost directly started to play my instrument!

Away and Back

From Wednesday till this day's afternoon I was in Belgium, the Ardennes. We went to a little house we're we have been several times. There is a lot of wood and not so much things to do, except hiking, reading and eating. ;D ! I've read a lot in Framed for English. It's a children's book, but I think it is very humorous.

So, I'm very relaxed now. Tomorrow I have to go to school again...

From the 8th to 30rd of May 2010 the second edition of the Graphic Design Festival Breda will take place. It´s is about the current developments of this kind of design and a large part of it is on display in public spaces.

Couscous of the Fakir

Yesterday I made a lovely recepy with couscous, green beans, pine nuts, onion, 2 sweet peppers and beef.

It's easy to make. I'll try to tell you how in bad English haha.

First you have to cook the green beans 5 min. and prepare the couscous. Then roast the pine nuts. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onion. The ad the beef and bake it loose/sandy (?). Ad the peppers (in parts). Ad salt and pepper. Mix everything and put the pine nuts and some fresh mint on top.
